All products have been received by the fulfillment house and they are verifying inventory to make sure nothing was damaged in shipping. Fulfillment shipping should begin immediately following this. Thank you so much for your patience!

In keeping with transparent communication, we are updating weekly with the current status of fulfillment.
The last of the replacement product (following the shipment problems) have been packaged and sent to the fulfillment house over the weekend. They should receive it shortly, and have been instructed to begin fulfillment *immediately* upon arrival of goods.

We really (REALLY) wanted this to be the final production update, but we here at Red Kraken Games must have angered some gods in a past life, because we've been hit with yet another fulfillment hiccup. At this point it's beyond ridiculous, and if we're frustrated, we can only imagine how frustrated you are to not have received your product yet.
The good news is, we received the gilded decks and signed them last week! They are absolutely GLORIOUS to behold, with shimmering purple edges that really make the decks pop. They absolutely exist, and we are ecstatic to get them to people. Unfortunately, when we priority shipped the signed decks to our fulfillment partner, USPS delivered the package with HALF the decks damaged or destroyed, even after marking FRAGILE and insuring delivery for over $1000. We are absolutely stunned that so far every one of our partners has seriously dropped the ball on this, despite our best efforts.
Replacement decks are on the way, and then this last obstacle can finally be cleared away. We thank you for your continued patience.

We have an update to the (admittedly frustrating) fulfillment process, with good news and bad news.
First, the bad news - the fulfillment wrangling continues. We were informed two days ago that the gilded decks had still not been returned from the gilder to USPCC, as they were scheduled to be on 6/28 (this was already several week later than had been quoted). No reason was given. After checking in we received word only today that they had arrived back at USPCC for packaging to ship to the fulfillment house.
As with all parts of the process beyond design, this has been out of our hands for months, and we have been frustrated on your behalf watching first one company then another drop the ball on getting these products to you. The buck stops with us, however, and we bear the responsibility for selecting the companies. This will definitely be taken into account when planning future products, and we again thank you for your patience.
Now, the good news - we finally have product to show! These decks just arrived in-hand from USPCC for the signed editions, and the add-ons were photographed at the fulfillment house. Now more than ever, we have proof that these beautiful cards and extras are very much real (!) and will be getting into your hands as soon as possible.

Many of you have requested an update, and as we are in the final stretch before fulfillment, you absolutely deserve one. You may have also noticed that we have been a little slower lately to respond to any inquiries about the current state of the product, and for that we deeply apologize. We offer an explanation behind the scenes.
First off please accept our assurances that the products are still VERY MUCH going to arrive, and SOON! The reason for the delays, is - and we take full responsibility for this - communication with our fulfillment partner has been extremely slow. We want to inform you of this not to throw our fulfillment partner under the bus, but in the interest of full transparency for the products you have funded and ordered. We have repeatedly attempted to contact them for updates, clarifications to timetables, and verification of the arrivals of shipments from the manufacturer, but responses can be days or weeks late, and often miss answering vital information.
An example of this is that, even after we repeatedly verified that the standard decks would ship first while the gilded decks were finished, the deadline slipped by and we received no notifications until *June 11th*, at which point we were told that the gilded decks were "almost ready, and why not ship them together." We aren't sure if they are overloaded on their end or have simply had lapses in communication (these things can happen), but the end result is that the delays are passed onto you, our backers, and for that we are frustrated on your behalf. We have also requested photos of the standard decks and all of the add-ons to show you, for which we have also not yet received a response.
This has, unfortunately, been the source of the gaps in communication, and we humbly apologize for any negative impact this has passed on to you, our fantastic backers. Again, we take full responsibility and thank you for your patience while we sort this out. This is definitely one area where we will be focusing our efforts for future Kickstarters to improve the overall backer experience.
The bright side of all this is that THE DECKS ARE DONE and fullfillment is now just down to some minor wrangling before we can get them into your hands! Thank you all again so much for your enthusiasm, kindness and - most of all - patience, as we stumble through the final phase of our first Kickstarter campaign!
